Private accommodation – Yes, we will try to find private accommodation with a local Toastmaster for you if you wish – but please be aware that the number of conference attendees is significantly higher than the number of Toastmasters living in or near Düsseldorf. And not every local Toastmaster is able or willing to accommodate guests on the very weekend.

• when you will arrive

• when you will leave

• if you require accommodation together with another person

• if you come by car

• if you are a party animal – in other words, if it is likely that you will party with us into the night on Friday and/or Saturday

• whether you speak German

Hotel room reservation at the Intercontinental - the rate published for the Intercontinental is a special rate that includes their extraordinary breakfast buffet.

Room booking has to be done directly at the Intercontinental hotel – via mail /phone or fax – NOT via the conference team – sorry.

You need to mention the keyword ‘Toastmaster’ when booking a room for his special rate. We reserved 50 rooms for this special rate until April 22nd. After this date, availability will no longer be guaranteed, but if a room is available, you will still be able to book it for the above mentioned special rate.

Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before arrival. Checkout deadline on Sunday is 12:00h.
