Who can attend?

Every Toastmaster! There are a number of important decisions to be made – take part in the meeting and understand the bigger picture on how the organization is working and who is who.

Voting

The President and the Vice President Education of each chartered club in D59 are entitled to vote at the District Council meeting on Saturday morning. Should the President or Vice President Education not be able to attend, he or she can – and should! -give a proxy to another member of the same club; that member has to be ‚in good standing’ – meaning who has paid his/her dues.

If you have the right to vote at the District Council Meeting, please come to the Credentials desk on Friday evening or Saturday morning to pick up your actual voting cards.
