Registration is not complete until the correct conference fee has been paid.

Please pay by transferring money to the conference account. In the account note please put your first and last name.

When transferring your conference fee, it is possible that your bank may charge a transfer fee.

If this is the case, be sure to include the cost of the transfer fee in your payment. This ensures that the conference committee receives the correct amount in Euros. Any differences between registration fee and transferred money ( plus or minus ) will be taken care of at the registration desk.

If your cancellation notice is received...

from Friday, May 8 onwards - no refunds

before Friday, May 8 - 25 % of registration fee will be refunded

before Friday, April 24 - 50% of registration fee will be refunded

before Friday, April 10 - 75% of registration fee will be refunded

In case banking/foreign currency charges occur, they will be deducted from the refunded amount.

You may also name a person who will attend the conference instead of you:
