How to make the next 12 months YOUR BEST YEAR YET!
The Benjamin Button Syndrome in Action: how to get better as you get older AND make the next 12 months YOUR BEST YEAR YET!
This mini-workshop is based on Carol´s dynamic energizing workshop "The Best Year Yet" which explains a step-by-step method for developing an authentic plan to set your year in action.
The Best Year Yet experience is designed to reach the core of how you think and perform, and to empower you to new levels of personal and professional effectiveness and fulfillment.
The speaker, Carol BAUSOR, has implemented this programme to successfully restructure her business – up from near bankruptcy – create two more companies, redesign her marriage, plan time for international holidays, and recover from a serious health problem. And, more importantly – she wakes up smiling every day!
TOASTMASTERS will be treated to a hands-on experience with a tried and tested methodology which can seriously change their lives for the better.
Carol Bausor - QUEEN OF CAN-DO
There has never been a “right” age to do things for Carol BAUSOR : she learned to read early, went to University late, started a family at the age of 35, and … discovered her true vocation at the age of 50. Her entrepreneurial experience began with a brush with near-bankruptcy, a state of affairs which she neatly reframed as being “better than an MBA for learning the good stuff – fast.” Today she runs three companies, (has three children and is still married to their father!) and has never been happier.
She still has a long list of things that she wishes to achieve in life, including continuing to travel around the world, learning to speak Arabic and to sing at least one Karaoke song with style. She is also working on multiplying her personal income, and finding her dream home.
She is resolutely optimistic (even during times of dire crisis), and passionate about sharing her credo that if you want something enough, then you really can get it… She believes that everyone, without exception, has a huge potential for happiness and success, and a good part of her work consists of helping others to achieve their dreams: from learning to communicate efficiently (in any language), managing a team, or setting up in business. Her approach is hands-on, no excuses, and totally pragmatic. That is why it works.
