Communication Track

Breathing Dynamics, Charisma and Audience Communication

In this short workshop (an extract from her 2-day workshop with the same title)  Naomi will explain what „Breathing Dynamics“ is - a natural phonemenon which appears at birth – and demonstrate its relevance for the speaker.

We will see how knowing and understanding a performer’s breathing dynamic allows each person to discover a fundamental mindset and demeanour which will

  • reduce technique-learning to an absolute minimum
  • enable thoughts to flow more easily (reduced blackouts)
  • improve vocal resonance
  • intensify communication from stage to audience
  • and above all
  • boost charisma.

Naomi Isaacs

is a central figure in the cultural life of her chosen home of Munich. She is jazz singer, vocal coach, has served on several juries, played small film roles, travelled Germany and Austria with her solo-programme, been host of her own series „Naomi’s KulturSalon“ in Munich’s renowned „Drehleier“ and produced 5 CDs documenting her artistic work over the last 23 years.

She is known throughout Germany and internationally as a dynamic and innovative teacher. Her deep insight and powers of accurate observation have enabled many students to achieve breakthroughs in their personal and professional performance. Naomi’s workshops enjoy widespread recognition in many and varied institutions, ranging from music and theater academies to large business corporations. Her students and clients include musicians and actors, seminar leaders, business executives, trainers, medical doctors, psychologists, speach therapists as well as people in private walks of life.

After 40 years in Munich, London born Naomi Isaacs joined the Munich Business Speakers in 2007 in order to regain fluency in her mother tongue which – she said – was becoming rusty through lack of use. The journey continues.
